Abstract

Although fundamental rights in the Spanish constitution include the integration of disabled people in daily life, not always the necessary instruments to make that integration real are offered to the disabled. Our Universities, which lacks services for disabled lectures and students, could be cited as an example, not only regarding architectural barriers as a difficulty very slightly solved but also concerning supportive staff; indeed, explicit discrimination in the statutes of some of these organisms persists towards this sector of people very abled despite lacking the physic potential of the majority.
