Abstract
This paper describes what are the main actors in internacional development cooperation in Andalucía and the role they play in shaping public policy that performs the Junta de Andalucía in this area. Local governments, through the Andalusian Fund for International Solidarity, the Andalusian Coordinator NGO Development and Andalusian Universities are the most prominent actors, recognized in the different structures and laws of the Andalusian Government as agents of development cooperation in the autonomous community of Andalucía.
