Abstract

Public policies on Justice have to face a public outcry on several fronts that requires a reform of the Administration of Justice as well as changes that may lead to improve the functioning of judges and courts as well as citizen access to justice. This paper attempts to address some of the weaknesses that require corrective actions when it was finished, in February 2012 (However, a mention to the Draft Law on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Corporate Governance, Access to the Professions of Barrister and Solicitor of the Courts, and Draft Law for revising court fees regulated by the Law on Fiscal, Administrative and Social Order was included afterwards)
