Tecnología y discurso político. Estudio empírico del determinismo tecnológico en la retórica política

Abstract

This article tries to investigate how the political rhetoric builds, feeds and holds an imageof technology and society relationships which it can be considered essentially determinist. This way,politics creates an picture of technology like solving agent of social, political, ideological and historicalproblems. In order to show this, it is undertaken a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the politicalmessages, especially from the electoral programs, trying with it to reconstruct the view of technologyunderlying to the political speech.
