La política cultural en Andalucía

Abstract

Culture and public cultural policy in the last thirty years Andalusia composed of face to his revision, an evolutionary framework provided by two basic features: evolution and institutional innovation. The evolution of the Andalusian culture, that is not the focus of these pages, perhaps sketch under two parameters: the growth sector of activity and the replacement in a context of modernity which demanded, in turn, break manipulations dragged in Franco’s dictatorship and recover an openness to the world pointed in the thirties of the last century. The institutional innovation context is none other than the construction of the autonomous community in the context of the transition to democracy and the construction a new cultural administration.
