Resumo
As pezas poéticas e musicais teñen unha gran importancia en Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (Lewis Carroll, 1865). O seu papel como sátira social e a forma na que foron adaptadas nas distintas versións do texto foron determinantes no posicionamento da historia de Alice na cultura popular, chegando a inspirar temas musicais en contextos non relacionados coa obra. Este estudo fai un percorrido pola historia do texto e explica como os poemas e cancións que foron xurdindo ao longo do tempo contaron a súa parte da historia de Alice, a cal tamén serviu de inspiración para pezas musicais.
