Olalla Cociña Lozano (Viveiro-Lugo, 1979) published As cervicais da memoria (VIII Premio de Poesía Avelina Valladares, Fervenza, 2004), aquí (intemperies) (Compostela/Grupo Correo Gallego, 2005), Libro de Alicia (VIII Premio Fiz Vergara Vilariño, Espiral Maior, 2008), Ningún precipicio (Toxosoutos, 2013; in spanish Ningún precipicio, Diminutos salvamentos, 2017) and Vestir a noite (XIV Premio de Poesía Afundación 2016, Centro PEN Galicia, 2017). Her work can be found in anthologies like Das sonorosas cordas. 15 poetas desde Galicia (Ed. Olivia Rodríguez, Eneida, 2005), Letras novas, Sentimentalismo. Antoloxía de referencia. Etapa de implantación (Coords. Carlos Arias e Mariña Pérez Rei, Bubela, 2012), Novas_de poesía. 17 poetas (Ed. Between 2011 and 2015 co-organized in Santiago de Compostela “Ciclo de lecturas poéticas Picaversos”. She is a journalist and she has teached workshops of writting and reading. She's a member of Atrás Tigre, a jangle pop band born in Santiago de Compostela.
